  Aim Reality is the worst property management company. I have been living in this house for 3 years and have had so many issues from day one! We were told by Ken "Troy" Gober that there would be a one time yard clean up for the front and back yard...NEVER happened! The blinds were supposed to be replaced after our move in...NEVER happened! The sliding glass doors were supposed to be replaced after our move in...it took over a year before that happened! Our side fence blew down in a January storm and it took them 6 MONTHS to have someone come out and take estimates...and what do you know 6 MONTHS later MY NEIGHBOR (God rest his soul) had his sons put up a new fence! My list seriously goes on, but I think I got my point across! Not only is the property management company horrible, they have horrible customer service! My advice to this company is, if you don't like your job find a new one! I will discourage anyone and everyone from using this company and I hope one day they go out of business because it is NOT okay to treat people like this!
